“Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending.” – Maria Robinson

Below is a brief overview of the four services I offer: 1) business coaching, 2) training/workshops, 3) assessments, and 4) facilitating/speaking at key meetings.

1. Business Coaching: In business, your goal isn’t to spend as little as possible; your goal is to waste as little as possible. Every dollar you spend needs to bring in another two dollars, or five dollars, or ten dollars, or more. What if you could enjoy a 700% return on your investment? That’s the median business coaching ROI calculated by a 2009 research study. A skilled business coach consistently gives her clients an excellent return on their investment by helping to strategize, brainstorm, see new possibilities, leverage personal strengths, develop leadership skills, push through obstacles, reenergize, take calculated risks, and achieve higher levels of success and financial freedom.

"Dr. Deb Brown is a highly skilled coach. She listens to exactly what the client wants and needs, and shapes the conversations to help them achieve it. Deb guided me in incremental steps to help me get my momentum up in both my business and personal life. She helped me outline specific action steps that were obtainable and would help me achieve my goals. I would not hesitate to seek out her expertise again or to recommend her to anyone I knew who wanted guidance and support."

- Rachel Katz, Small Business Owner
Plantation, FL

2. Training/Workshops:
Research has consistently shown that training boosts profits. For example, Jay Conrad Levinson noted that companies committed to regular sales training “earn the most profits, year after year.” And DDI research showed an ROI of up to $1,000,000 per fiscal year for companies that invested in leadership development programs. However, your team is unlikely to learn much if everyone is bored, or if your trainer is unable to answer the tough questions being posed by the senior leader in the room. A skilled trainer is not only an expert in the topic being discussed, but is also dynamic, organized, and engaging, with a good sense of humor.

"One of my associates had you in class yesterday for Anger Management/Relaxation techniques. She came back and FIRST THING she told me was how wonderful you were in class. Her feedback was that you were the best instructor that she has had since being with the company (3 years) and that she walked out of your class feeling good about you, herself, and the class. Thanks for all of your hard work, and thanks for allowing me to share the feedback I received. "

- Sean Weiner, Manager
Boca Raton, FL

3. Assessments:
If you work with someone who’s only certified to offer one or two assessments, you’d be amazed how often those assessments just happen to meet the unique needs of your business! Having completed doctoral-level training in assessments, a licensed psychologist is an excellent provider of assessments because she is qualified to administer, interpret, and discuss the results of the most common assessment tools (e.g., 360-degree evaluations, MBTI, DISC, TKI, CPI) as well as many other valuable assessments on topics such as emotional intelligence, stress resiliency, time mastery, communication style, and more. Your needs dictate the assessment process, not the other way around!

"If your company is serious about achieving sustainable business results from your talent development investment then you will want to engage Dr. Deb Brown."

"Our experience with Deb has been outstanding. She has provided us exceptional research and analysis, organized and disciplined planning, well thought out strategy and innovative ideas for programs, tools and resources to help us assess and improve the skills of our people managers and employees."

- Nancy Parker, Vice President
Seattle, WA (formerly Boca Raton, FL)

4. Facilitating/Speaking at Key Meetings:
Many meetings can be efficiently handled through conference calls or web conferencing tools such as WebEx, NetMeeting, or GoToMeeting. However, you probably have at least one annual meeting that draws your team members from around the area, the state, the nation, or the globe. Examples include annual rallies, kickoff meetings, strategic planning sessions, succession planning sessions, and retreats. How can you focus on the event itself instead of watching when to break for lunch, or handling the disruptive pair of people in the back of the room? A skilled facilitator/speaker can provide everything from a keynote address or meeting facilitation, to leading your breakout sessions and focus groups.

“One of my colleagues raved so much about Deb’s facilitation of his global strategic planning session that I asked her to facilitate mine, too. She did such an outstanding job that I encouraged my boss to bring her in for our executive-level strategic planning session. He brought her in, and Deb knocked it out of the park again. If you have a planning meeting coming up, don’t hesitate to give Deb a call.”

- Dennis LeBeau, Director
Fort Lauderdale, FL
